Parents are earnestly encouraged to observe the following:

Do not fail to furnish a signed letter of explanation through your son or daughter each time the latter arrives at school late or returns to school after leave of absence.
- All students of classes VI to X are encouraged to use bicycles, where for classes I to V to form and 'Pool Transport'.
- Change of address must immediately be communicated to the Principal.
- No school business will be transacted on holidays
- Parents are strictly forbidden to interview the children and the teacher in the class/staff room without the permission of the Principal. Teachers may be contacted before or after class hours.
- Every 10th of the month will be Open House Day for classes Nursery to XII. (Timings: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Summer. 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in winter.) The Guardians/Parents are requested to come to the school and interview the teachers.
- For the good of the school and students, parents are to the give written complaints to the Principal and not just orally.
- Parents/Guardians of students are not to give and gifts in cash or kind to any teacher or servants for any reason or celebrations.
- No Birthday celebration whatsoever in the school are permitted. Parents/Guardians are advised to restrain Birthday celebration outside their residence/house.
- Students of Nursery to class V are permitted to wear casual dress on their Birthday.
